Important: Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us right away. We’ll resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages)

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items

5. Exchanges
To exchange an item:

6. International Orders – EU Customers
If you’re located in the European Union, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days, in addition to our standard 30-day return policy.
Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging and proof of purchase required

7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund status.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and it may take up to 10 business days to process. Additional time may be needed by your bank or credit card provider. If more than 15 business days pass without a refund, please contact us.
